Email Notification Issues
E-MAIL ISSUES & SIGN-UP
Please read the following BEFORE you sign-up for e-mail notification.
Please
DO NOT use this e-mail link to contact Merrill's; it is supplied for the express
purpose of e-mail sign-up only.
We have received many e-mails that keep getting rejected
by the mail servers. Your e-mail address must be entered exactly the same
as entered on your account; numbers must be numbers, ie: 0 for zero not "O".
Also upper and lower case will cause your email to be rejected if it is not in
the proper case.

I have signed up for
advance notice and still have not received auction notification, why?
You may not have
received advance notice because WE RECEIVED notice as follows: your mailbox was unavailable: user doesn't have an
account: 550 Invalid recipient: "The e-mail message could not be delivered
because there are no users here by that name, host not found, etc."
If you feel this was in
error please contact your internet service provider and/or double check your
e-mail setting and account information.
Here are several
other reasons you may not get
an e-mail.

You have a spam blocker and are not
receiving the e-mail because it is not configured to receive e-mails from
Merrill's.

Your request to receive e-mails was not
received by Merrill's.

Your e-mail address has changed since you
signed-up for e-mail notification.

We miss read your e-mail address on the
sign-up sheet.

Your "Server" was off-line or down.
How to fix these problems.

Configure your e-mail program to accept
e-mail from Merrill's.

Use the link on the website to resend your
request. Please do not change the subject line or To: portion. Our program
may reject the e-mail.

Upon sending out the e-mails several were
returned as "no longer a valid e-mail address" or rejected by server
as "recipient not found". Please up-date your information with Merrill's.

Please re-send the information via
internet or e-mail.
If you have been rejected 2 times your name will be
removed from the list.
